Attractive locations in proven levels of affluence / sites between 2 – 10 acres

Existing C2 uses in Brownfield, Greenfield and outstanding locations

Sites such as redundant school, hospital sites or campus type sites undesirable locations

Priority focus on the Home Counties, affluent central London and London suburbs – 60,000 square feet plus

Quasi resi opportunities where C3 may be possible, but where a C2 use which would generate employment and reduced traffic/car parking

Existing commercial sites income producing or otherwise which meets the above criteria and where as senior living facility would be far more appropriate for the locality

Exceptional opportunities outside the search area will be considered

Fees
Shelbourne Senior Living will pay introduction fees of up to 5% where a transaction materialises from an introduction in the event that the introducer is un-retained or not the owner of the site.
