We are accelerating our program of bespoke development of Shelbourne communities in outstanding locations in the UK. Our range of care incorporates assisted living, dementia care, nursing and support cottages integrated with excellent customer service and the greatest levels of care, respect, dignity, choice, independence and happiness.

Please review our property requirements carefully to ensure your intended site meets the criteria set out. To assist our swift evaluation of the opportunity and to respond to you promptly send or email all of the following information as part of your introduction:

  1. Location and site plan

  2. Resumé of planning background

  3. Details of site ownership

  4. Inspection information

  5. Specify if the opportunity is on or off the market

Fees
Shelbourne Senior Living will pay introduction fees of up to 5% where a transaction materialises from an introduction in the event that the introducer is un-retained or not the owner of the site.
