We believe dining at The Shelbourne should be a delightful experience, and we provide a relaxing restaurant setting with a choice of delicious, home cooked dishes, produced by our own chefs from locally sourced produce.

As well as fresh local produce we have our own kitchen garden with fresh herbs and vegetables, which we use whenever possible. An elegant private dining room is available should residents wish to entertain families and friends for occasions such as birthdays or maybe just for an informal get together.

Residents are welcome to dine in the Jubilee Restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner but there is always the option to have a meal in their own suite - life at The Shelbourne is all about choices!

Visit Ella’s, our licensed bar, for an aperitif at lunch and dinner. It is a perfect setting to meet friends whilst listening to background music from our baby-grand piano.
