We believe dining at The Shelbourne should be a delightful experience, and we provide a relaxing restaurant setting with a perfect choice of delicious, wholesome dishes.

We use fresh local produce where possible in addition to our own kitchen garden with fresh herbs and vegetables. An elegant private dining room is available should residents wish to entertain families and friends for occasions such as birthdays or maybe just for an informal get together.

Residents are welcome to dine in Beeton’s Restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner but there is always the option to have a meal in your own accommodation - life at The Shelbourne is all about choices!

Visit Ella’s, our licensed bar, for an aperitif at lunch and dinner. It is a perfect setting to meet friends whilst listening to background music from our baby-grand piano.
