• Attractive locations in proven levels of affluence / sites between 2 – 10 acres

• Existing C2 uses in Brownfield, Greenfield and outstanding locations

• Sites such as redundant school, hospital sites or campus type sites indesirable locations

• Priority focus on the Home Counties, affluent central London and London suburbs – 60,000 square feet plus

• Quasi resi opportunities where C3 may be possible, but where a C2 use which would generate employment and reduced traffic/car parking

• Existing commercial sites income producing or otherwise which meets the above criteria and where as senior living facility would be far more appropriate for the locality

• Exceptional opportunities outside the search area will be considered

Fees
Shelbourne Senior Living will pay introduction fees of up to 5% where a transaction materialises from an introduction in the event that the introducer is un-retained or not the owner of the site.
